While 1 Kosmos facilitates the presentation of artworks and maintains associated platform records, the responsibility for the authenticity of the artwork remains with the artist who has submitted the work.

Accordingly, 1 Kosmos does not independently certify or guarantee the authenticity of artworks listed on the platform.
