How It Works

Welcome to 1 Kosmos Factory

A simple, secure journey from artist to collector.

1. Upload Your Artwork

Artists upload their work directly to the platform with all relevant details.

2. Admin Review & Approval

Every submission is reviewed and approved by our admin team to ensure authenticity, quality, and platform safety.

3. Your Personal Wallet

Once approved, both artists and collectors can use 1Kosmos as a personal wallet to manage their collections.
You can choose to:

  • Publish your artwork for public viewing and sale

  • Keep it Private within your personal collection

4. Global Map Visibility

Approved artwork is populated on our global map, allowing discovery by location and community.

5. Secure E-Commerce Transaction

Published artwork becomes available for purchase.

  • Artists are given 10 working days to ship the artwork.

  • Payment is released only after proof of delivery at the collector’s address.

Important

We never take possession of an artist’s artwork.

This screen is where you update some more details about your artwork.

On the left, you can see your uploaded image. If you want to change it, click “Upload New Image/Video.”

Uploading Images - Good to know

  • You can upload multiple images of you art work, including the times when you were crafting this particular artwork.

  • These images of work-in-progress add that special something to the world of art.

  • We welcome short videos, go ahead and add those!

  • ⭐ Mark one image as your Star — this will be featured across 1Kosmosfactory.

On the right, you fill in additional information:

  • Total Editions: How many copies of this artwork exist?

  • Edition Number: Which copy this one is (for example, 2 out of 10).

  • Original: Turn this on if this is the one-of-a-kind original piece.

  • Certificate Authenticity: Turn this on if you are providing a certificate to prove it’s real.

  • Framing Details: Add information about the frame (if it has one).

  • Click Save to keep your changes, or Cancel if you don’t want to update anything.

Please Note :

Use the Back button in the sidebar to return to the previous page whenever needed. For the smoothest experience, please use the platform’s built-in navigation and avoid using your browser’s back button.

Update Artwork

  • Upload your image or video.

  • Select the material, industry, mood, and medium.

  • Add keywords (tags) to help people find it.

  • Write a short description about your artwork.

  • Click Save to submit your work for review.

Once saved, your artwork is sent to 1Kosmos for review and approval.
We review all submissions to keep the platform safe and free from unintended abuse.

Our page is thoughtfully organized to make everything simple and easy to navigate.

You’ll see a set of icons along the side — here’s what each one means, in order:

  1. Back
    Return to the previous page.

  2. Maps
    View your artworks.

  3. My Works
    View saved files and the digital wallet of your collection.

  4. Create
    Add new artwork or content.

  5. Orders
    View purchases and shop items.

  6. Notifications
    View alerts and updates.

    Log out of your account.

We’d love the world to see how your work is being received globally.

Once your artwork is approved, we geo-tag it and feature it on our global map.

If your artwork is sold, we show its journey — marking where it was delivered and celebrating its new home.

For collectors, we invite you to upload the artwork once it arrives and is ready for resale. This helps us continue tracking its story and keeps the journey alive.
